Question for Abuja Environmental Protection Board

Good day sir, i have a neighbour in a suburb of abuja, he connected his pipe and flushing waste to my compound,leaving the envirot dusty, odoured and habiting rodent's of all kind. I have gone to police no action was taken till date and the odour is becoming unbearable.
