Question for Dheeraj Bojwani Consultants

There are these large dark spots on my chicks, I have used different applications where some cleared the spots but they later came back as I stopped the application. Presently, I have not used anything on my face, not even cream since 18 months I need to do surgery to remove them. How much can it cost me to remove these annoying cream reactions? I only rely on my slight makeups which covers them when I'm going out.
