Question for Association Of Senior Civil Servants Of Nigeria

Why has FG refused to pay all Federal Civil servants their arrears since 20th September, 2017 that they commenced payment? And you people threatened to embarked on strike should their be any foul play in the payment process,what is the Union doing to make FG pay all the workers?
