Question for St. Michael Hospital

Please answer me, im karen cortes from mexico city i have a friend there in nigeria, he told me that the us army traslate to the hospital in there and other of his partners told me that he is in this hospital, but i cant found him and im very worried about him, he is from the usa army, his name is scott tucker, can un please tell me if he is in there and if i can help him with something
