I have a HP Pavilion laptop model 13 X360 PC and product ID ********-********-********-AAOEM. For a long time now I cant use it unless its plugged in. I guess the battery is bad. Am in Nigeria Port Harcourt. Please advice who I can speak with. I can be reached on ********(calls and whatsapp)
