Question for New Hope Hospital And Maternity

I came to see my doctor by 7:15pm and was told to pay for emergency and I said the hospital I use after paying for consultation which is normal but that of emergency is what I don't get what will happen to one who is not using the hospital or do one have to tell himself the time he or she will fall sick I don't understand
