Question for MTN

My name is okpe Cornelius chukwuebuka, npower beneficiary from Enugu. I received a text last month for my device pick up at MTN office zik Avenue, but it is was not given to me because my profile picture which i uploaded is not showing. I have forwarded my details to npower support abuja and i have been called by the support to go back and pick up the device.
