Question for Imo State Police Command Headquarters

Dear Sir/Ma, am outside of Nigeria, i want to apply for a police certificate because is one of my requirements needed here in china for me to apply for a working visa like a criminal record certificate from my country but am confused on what to do because presently am not in Nigeria especially how to go about the fingerprints
