Job Overview
The Food and Beverage Manager is a vital member of the management team, tasked with overseeing operations across several lounges at the Airport. This role ensures that our client guests experience high-quality food and beverage service aligned with the standards of the brand and its airline partners. By managing staff performance, coordinating with the production and service teams, and maintaining compliance with safety and quality protocols, the F&B Manager plays a crucial role in creating a seamless and welcoming lounge experience.
Without this position, the lounges would lack consistent leadership, leading to potential declines in service standards, guests’ satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years in F&B management, preferably in an airport or high-volume hospitality setting.

- Strong leadership and communication skills, budget management, operational planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a food service setting, experience with inventory and cost control, and proven ability to

Job Responsibilities
Operational Leadership and Quality Control
- Oversee daily operations across all the company lounges and restaurants, ensuring a high standard of food and beverage service. Maintain and enforce quality assurance protocols for food handling, preparation, and presentation to meet regulatory and company standards.
- Directly manage F&B supervisors and service staff, overseeing scheduling, task delegation, and shift planning to ensure operational coverage. Lead ongoing training sessions focused on customer service excellence, hygiene practices, and lounge- specific protocols to foster a knowledgeable, service-oriented team.
- Develop and implement strategies to exceed guest expectations, actively gathering feedback to drive continuous improvements. Ensure consistent, high-level customer service by promoting a culture of professionalism, responsiveness, and hospitality.
- Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient service without exceeding budgetary limits. Collaborate with the finance team to manage budgets, track expenses, and analyze cost-effectiveness of purchasing decisions.
- Enforce compliance with health, safety, and food handling regulations, proactively identifying and addressing any potential risks. Conduct routine inspections to ensure all lounges and restaurants meet local regulatory and company standards for hygiene and safety.
Lounge Service Optimization
- Assess and adjust lounge and restaurants layouts, service flows, and seating arrangements to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction. Oversee the introduction of new F&B services or menu offerings in response to market trends and customer preferences.
- Liaise with airport authorities, local vendors, and external service providers to coordinate lounge operations and address operational needs. Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms for supplies and services that align with budgetary guidelines and quality standards.
