Job Summary:
The Programs Lead will oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of all organizational programs, ensuring they align with the NGO’s mission and strategic objectives. This role involves spearheading programs , managing resources, and fostering partnerships to maximize program impact and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Program Development and Management:
Design and implement innovative programs to address the digital literacy needs of underserved communities.
Plan, execute, and monitor programs to ensure quality outcomes within budget and timelines.
2. Documentation:
Prepare detailed program reports and outcomes for stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of all organizational courses and curriculum
3. Monitoring and Evaluation:
Develop frameworks to assess program effectiveness and impact.
Use data insights to improve programs and inform decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:
Build partnerships with communities, NGOs, and governments to expand program reach.
Represent the organization in relevant forums to advocate for digital inclusion.
5. Curriculum Design:
Develop and adapt accessible curriculum for digital literacy and capacity-building programs.
6. Strategic Alignment:
Align programs with organizational goals and integrate best practices from digital literacy trends.
Requirements
Proven experience in program management, preferably within an NGO or social impact organization.
Strong project management skills, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
Experience in working with underserved communities or on digital literacy initiatives.

Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and tools.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
