Job offer: Chief Security Officer (cso)

​Our client, a leading multinational construction company in Lagos, is seeking to employ an experienced security professional to fill the role of Chief Security Officer (CSO). The ideal candidate must have a strong law enforcement or military service background and a proven track record of leadership and security expertise.
Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and facilities.
  
• Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability tests to identify potential security threats.
  
• Supervise and coordinate security personnel and activities.
  
• Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with security regulations.
  
• Investigate security incidents and implement corrective actions.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a security officer.
  
• Minimum SSCE certificate or diploma.
  
• Must be an Ex-police officer or ex-military personnel with a verifiable retirement letter.
  
• Proven leadership and management skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
