Job offer: Edm Developer

Our client, a leading multinational construction company in Lagos is seeking to employ an experienced EDM Developer to design, implement, and optimize our Electronic Document Management (EDM) system using Laserfiche. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDM project implementation and experience working in the construction industry.


Job Responsibilities:

• Create custom workflows: Automate document approval, notification, and routing processes
  
• Develop custom user interfaces: Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for end users
  
• Integrate Laserfiche with other systems: Connect EDM software to other enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.) to improve data sharing and process efficiency.
  
• Optimize performance: Improve the speed and efficiency of the EDM system
  
• Develop custom reports: Create detailed reports to monitor system usage and process effectiveness
  
• Create forms and templates: Replace word documents with standard templates where users can input only specific information
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Computer Technology or a relevant field
  
• Proven years of experience in EDM project implementation and mentoring experience
  
• Proficient in Laserfiche, SharePoint, and Power Automate
  
• Previous experience in a Construction industry is an added advantage.
