The Role
- Source and place top talent with leading companies.
- Utilize various methodologies to identify high-caliber candidates.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates.
- Network, headhunt, and manage databases to resource new candidates.
- Develop skills to become a full-cycle (360) Recruitment Consultant.
- Build and foster client relationships through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Advertise roles according to specific client needs.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Stay updated on clients' specific requirements.
- Provide feedback to candidates post-interview.
Additional Information:
- We use a world-class Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- All operations are cloud-based (emails, storage, etc.).
- We prioritize results over rigid processes.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate
- Must have between 1 to 2 years of experience in agency/recruitment consulting.
- Must have experience with cloud-based solutions.
- Must be disciplined in database management.
- Flexibility is key—this is not a typical 9-5 role and requires adapting to client needs.
- Strong negotiation skills are essential.
- Understanding of the sales process (Recruitment is a dual sales process: selling roles to candidates and candidates to clients).
- Must be highly tech-savvy, as technology is integral to our business.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Must be highly detail-oriented.
