Wecyclers - Lagos, Nigeria

Wecyclers offers households the opportunity to gain financial benefit from their waste while supplying local recycling businesses with the necessary materials. In collaboration with the Lagos Waste Management Authority (LAWMA), Wecyclers utilize low-cost bicycles to collect recyclable items such as plastic bottles, plastic bags, and aluminum cans from homes. As an incentive, Wecyclers reward households with redeemable points based on the volume and quality of their recyclables. After sorting and aggregating the materials, Wecyclers sell them to Nigerian recyclers.
