MNF Cosmetics Limited Nigeria (The Company) is registered with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) Nigeria. All business transactions of Winsome Glow Beauty Products will be executed under the umbrella company MNF Cosmetics Limited Nigeria.

Winsome Glow Global is considering all potential distributor applications from each of the 36 States of Nigeria.

MNF Cosmetics Limited Nigeria is determined to publicize all Winsome Glow Beauty Products in each individual State of Nigeria. Therefore, Winsome Glow Global will arrange for billboards to be put up in the prime locations of each State.

MNF Cosmetics Limited Nigeria will provide free samples to all major universities/colleges for brand awareness in each state. Through this process, the End User can personally experience the “MAGICAL EFFECT” of the Winsome Glow Beauty Product itself.

The Company will also run a marketing jingle (in the native language) on renowned FM channels in each individual State.

Winsome Glow Global is running its’ own state of the art digital media house in the Head Office. With the support of the Head Office, The Company will run massive campaigns in each targeted Region/State. Several campaigns are already operational and in progress in Nigeria.

MNF Cosmetics Limited Nigeria is in the process of obtaining NAFDAC registration. In the interim period, The Company will ensure the availability of the products on the ground in Nigeria. No matter what the cost is of clearance.

The Company will form a promotional team in each Nigerian State, paid for by the Head Office. The promotional team will be on the ground with pre-planned strategies by The Head Office. e.g Free Samples distribution, Handbills distributions, Makeup studios visits. Head Office will support and monitor all Operations on the ground.

Winsome Glow Global & MNF Cosmetics will initially invest in all Operations.

Once Operations are underway, The Company will require Distributors. Each Distributor must have the capacity to spread the Brand and Product within the specified and agreed region.

MNF Cosmetics Limited Nigeria will sign a contract for Sole Distribution with the suitable applicant. For each Distributor, The Company will also set the Sales Targets. All Contracts are performance related.

Any qualified distributor will be responsible for the collection of Winsome Glow Beauty Products on a “Cash on Delivery” basis.

The Company will provide the promotional material to each Distributor. This will include flexes with stands to put in every cosmetics shop in the region; printed shopping bags; brochures and posters.
