IELTS has four sections- Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Listening. The maximum score is 9.0 and to scale through it you need to undergo some training.

The Reading section lasts for an hour and has 12 question types which are:

The Writing section lasts for an hour and comes with two tasks. If you are for IELTS Academic you will summarize the information in a table, bar chart, pie chart, flow chart, or map.
However, if you are for the IELTS General Training you will write either a formal or informal letter.
