they are 100% fraudster. dont ever deal with them. they will try speaking with you so nicely at first encounter. they will then ask you to pay COMMITMENT fee for research. once u pay. then they trick you and tell you all stories and at the end. u will never get loan. I'm a victim of there scam. please stay away from them. they are fraudster. there real name is democra co operative society.
