At Ulebol we teach all the basic football skills and technique like ball control, passing, tackling, goalkeeping etc.
We coach dribbling and juggling skills from beginner to advanced levels like the leg-over or the around-the-world

We teach proper standing posture, breathing techniques and postures, sitting postures
Our focus of training or physical development go from the lungs and heart, to the Shoulder, ribs, spine and back muscles; the abdominal muscles and the limb muscles.
