Very Rude Sour Faced Customer Service
I wish I could give 0 stars. They managed to deliver my parcel on time to the business client but boy what Rudeness. The customer service rep had a sour face like a doughnut gone bad. She seems particularly rude to pretty girls so maybe when going dress ugly hahaha jealousy is a terrible disease. In anycase I will not be using them again.

They ruined my business
My business is at the verge of closing because gig held my goods for too long and still hasn’t delivered since second week of December last year. I’ve had to start refunding money to customers which has made me broke and gig still hasn’t delivered. I’ve reached out to them through all their channels and no one has been able to assist me. Even when I write comments on their Instagram page , they delete it. I feel so helpless. Please I do not recommend. This is the worst logistics company ever!!!

Slow delivery, Rude support
Honestly, GIG is the worst delivery service I've ever used. My package was sent since the 13th of this month, and up till today, I've not seen it. I understand I'm not the only customer whose order they are dealing with. But it won't kill them to update me about my package, especially since I'm PAYING them to send it to me, and it's not free.

Customer support was very rude, and dismissive, even after putting me on hold for how many minutes. Now I'm calling and reporting on their website, Twitter, everywhere nobody is answering me.

They literally cannot do the ONE job they were set up to do. Rubbish.

Heaven Forbid this Company
Please run! Do not patrons this company! If there is zero star, I would have given it to this company. This company has a bad customer service especially the staff at Houston. They are rude and do not care about people. All this company does is to take your money and not deliver the service that you have paid for. They will stress you. They will disjoint you. You will not be able to reach the customer care line neither will you get a response to your emails. They will delay your package and have no remorse.

Disappointing service
I was sent a package on Saturday, and up to Tuesday afternoon, I've not received it. They are very unsympathetic and keep telling me it's in transit. Please, never use them if you want to receive an important package.

WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER
After paying a ridiculous delivery charge on Wednesday for express delivery from Lagos to Abuja, the package has not been delivered one(1)week later!! This is the worst most unreliable delivery service in History, I advice nobody, i mean nobody use them or recommend them. Their services are useless and full of lies. Rude and stupid employees that feel they are doing you a favour!! I hate them and i pray said business does not continue as it is practically useless. I REPEAT.. DO NOT USE EVER!! CRAPPY, UNRELIABLE, RUDE, SLOW, AND STUPID!! You do not deserve half a star but comments wii; not be posted otherwise...IDIOTS!!

Worst Company Ever.
After paying a ridiculously high charge for express delivery on a Wednesday from Lagos to Abuja and on Monday the following week the package has not been delivered.this is absolute nonsense,I will never use GIGL again in my life & will warn others against using them. Bad Service and Corruption
The branch in Lekki phase 1, Wole Ariyo Street, I believe is exploiting customers all in the name of wood crate goods. The staffs frustrate the customer to force them to do the wood crate with them since the fees are paid to their pocket personally even after fulfilling this. I have already crated this myself with a professional carpenter.
The product is a mirror and very well packaged with foam board and also crated. From many encounters, they charge ridiculous fees for crating since it is not a service offered by the company but instead by their staffs. But because I didn't use their Carpenter this time they reject the goods. Here is proof ????????????????????????

UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES
I booked my travel from Lagos (Maza - Maza, first gate Festac) to Abuja (Mandala) on Thursday 15/04/2021 (OX-8E4EC7OFF4-GIGM). On getting there there is no vehicle and I was forced to lodge in an hotel till the next day. The next day there was bus but the loaders did not put in my luggage. I only discovered on getting to Abuja. Again the bus stopped at Utakor instead of my destination - Mandala. I have complained to the terminal manager at Festac about my luggage, one Mr James (********) and up till date nothing has been done about it.When I told him I will make a formal complain he said I should go ahead and do my worst.
