Working Terms/Retainership Agreement

Apart from the usual walk-in clients and day to day briefs, we desire a long-term working relationship whereby we provide planned and sustained legal consultancy services to clients under a retainer’s arrangement, based on a fixed retainer fee, payable on a quarterly/yearly basis.
