Tasting Notes
Colour: Clean, with a red garnet core and dark violet edges
Nose:Aroma of red and dark fruits with floral tones reminiscent of the violet flower.
Taste: It is full-bodied and fruity, tasty and floral on the plate. Reminiscent of peach, raspberry and mature pears. Firm and ripe tannins, well-balanced with a long finish

Food Pairing: Smoked fish, chicken, rice, pasta dishes and spare ribs. It is also fruity enough to enjoy on its own .

Description:The vineyards from which this wine is processed are over 5 decades, which confers character to the wine together with a fleshiness and an almost tactile structure. A wine made from over-ripe grapes and sun-dried. Fermented at low temperature to retain the original characteristics of the fruit, left to mature in oak barrels for 3 months

Colour: Opaque Purple Red
Nose: A development of good touches of wild, extremely ripe fruits, with touches of spices and sweetness
Taste: It shows a good harmony. Tasty, kind, persistent and with an adequate tannin, which counteracts the sweetness, which is not excessive.
