Stericon Pharmaceuticals International Limited - Lagos, Nigeria

Stericon Pharmaceuticals International Limited (SPIL) was created as a second generation company after Stericon Nigeria Limited, an indigenous company established in the early 1970s by Mr. William Toritsetse Ejuetami. Stericon Nigeria Limited achieved great success as a major supplier of Medical Equipments, instruments, and Medical Consumables to mainstream tertiary teaching hospitals in Nigeria till the late 1990s. The Stericon Nigeria Limited was a major distributor to a number of international companies, notable amongst them are sherwood Medical, Downs Surgical, 3M and Ethicon Johnson & Johnson.

In the year 2012, SPIL was incorporated. The SPIL was established by a Pharmacist, and run by Pharmacists. The business of SPIL is the importation and distribution of drugs and healthcare
