Your customer service crew are so ill-mannered and uncultured.There are tattering the image of your company...Too bad.My secretary mistakenly sent a mail meant for an airline to your customer care.The customer care sent me a rude response and I was civil enough to apologize that it was a misconception from my secretary.The customer went on with uncivilized responses and I replied that I was going to report to your office at Ikeja.The response I got baffled me.Customer service is the face of every company and I think courteous and civi people should be associated with that department and not ill-tempered people.
