What is the legal position of ICPAN certificate now without president assent it bill?

All other accounting bodies is one, why icpan having two? We are lost old members from 2003 to 2009 those not know where they belongs to. Where are we?

Please tell us what is really happening with the Institute's charter status. Is the bill passed by the Senate which was sent to the President for Assent still pending unsigned?
There are two HQ of the Institute in Kaduna thus: one at Constitution Road and the other at Wushishi Road. Like to know which of the two is the authorized body.
