GTBank has grown her customer base over the years and subsequently,deposit and investment but unfortunately, customer service appears to be at its worst.

I had to go to two different GTBank branches in Kaduna for more than two times to open a domiciliary account and even at that, the account was neither opened nor released to me until I complained on twitter. Now,I have been going to the bank for a month, submitting referees yet, my account is restricted for no sensible reason. In my 2nd to the last visit, I was told that my referee whom was earlier approved is no longer on my profile and no reason was given.

I went to my account officer, he was so careless with my time, not even when I showed displeasure and opted to walk away, he shew no concern. I have never been more disappointed with a bank than I am with GTBank.
