I have a Premises Fitness certificate/Clearance for my house from the Ministry of Environment of the Government of Rivers State, could this certificate be the same as Certificate of Occupancy? If not what is this certificate represent?

Did the ministry(environmental health & safety department) send some people to be going to shops(beverages) to inspect expiring dates of goods?

I have a complaint about a yard nearby mine at Old Aba Road, Rumuogba, whose leaking sewage runs through my window. This has gone on for weeks now. The landlord and the tenants have been notified and they are complacent about this. What should I do?

When did Hospitals start paying effluent and discharge fees? and which company has been approved by the state government to collect such fees (if any)?

Am I expected to deal with anyone impersonating to be from rivers state ministry of environment? I rented a piece of land for business at Mgbuoba PHC and we are been harassed by certain group of people claiming to be from state ministry of environment. Please advice.
