Company description
Young Shall Grow Transport is a leading road transportation company in Nigeria and West Africa. We commenced operations in 1972, travelling from Enugu to Onitsha as a mini-bus transport operator. In 1973, we moved our operational base from Onitsha to Lagos and within 7 years expanded from a fleet of 2 locally assembled Mercedes buses to a fleet of over 40 buses.
Today, Young Shall Grow Transport has grown to be a household name in the road transport industry conveying over 10,000 passengers a day and 20 tons of cargo. With over 1,500 serviceable vehicles in our fleet, we transverse all regions of Nigeria as well as the West African coast, covering numerous routes with bus parks and terminals located across the 36 states of the country. Our routes include Lagos, Ibadan, Abuja, Kano,
Understanding the need for hospitality and customer satisfaction, we built a relaxation point for passengers to rest after a long trip. This building called the YSG Lodge has over 40 rooms, and is designed to cater to the needs of our passengers.
Our explicit promise:- ‘Your destination is Guaranteed’ implies that the safety and welfare of our passengers is of topmost importance to the Young Shall Grow brand. The Managing Director’s passion for safety protocols, led to the introduction and subsequent enforcement of a asafe solution device (speed limiter) installed in all Young Shall Grow buses, ensuring that all our drivers adhere to the high way speed limit mandated by Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC). All our vehicles are fitted with tracking devices that make it possible to know the location of passengers and cargo at all times. We also introduced an automated ticketing system, with which customers can book and pay for tickets online. This system known as E-Ticketing makes it a lot more convenient and easier for our customers to buy and book their tickets whenever they want to travel.
As part of effort to manage the fleet of vehicles as well as workforce, the company has gone into partnership with leading fleet management solution providers such as Telematics Fleet tracking Solution-India, Bitasoft-India, Neosoft-India, Digiplus-Nigeria, Amcblast Solutions Limited- Nigeria among others.

unprofessional, irresponsible and incompetence.
Since morning the luxury bus of the young shall grow motto left their pack at new road they are still at shagamu by 2:06 pm with the driver and conductor not in site. They left their pack without checking for fuel and oil only to abandon passengers on the way for hours. If you cade about your safety and you a professional service I'd advice you AVOID "the young shall grow motto" completely.
PUBLIC USER
Exactly. As a matter of fact they're the worst transport service in Nigeria

Criminal/Dissatisfied Service rendered by YOUNG SHALL GROW JIBOWU
My supplier from Lagos sent me a package through YSG motors jibowu to Aba Abia state since the 3rd of Dec. 2020 and today is 7th Dec. and I'm still yet to receive any call regarding my package. I've gone to d park here at Aba but nobody seem to be giving me listening ears. The so called person who my package was handled to for delivery at jibowu hasn't been responding calls nor messages. ******** that's d number of d handler at Jibowu Lagos. I'm not happy with this service and will make sure I destroy d name of dis company on every social media possible if I don't get in the next 24hrs.

Does it worth it by destroying the business name of a company that has been before your were born? What's your own business name if actually have and hear someone telling you that he or she will destroy it?
You never bothered telling us if you got the package or not and if the package was duely registered for delivery or your sender used back door to send it. Remember any waybill that passes thru the backdoor is at owners risk. Hope you know that? I will advise you next time register ur waybill for easy accountability and proper documentation with tracking.
Thanks
