CTL Edo is one chance. Very poor signals, nobody go talk to and no staff care about their customers satisfaction. Very poor and pathetic. I have been a customer for 12 years but it has been same old story

Please I have been having problem with cable since on Sunday 3-8-2019 with network and now the network is back no access,by subscription it supposed to expire on the 13th of this month.please my major challenge is network I need a proper solution
No channel in my CTL, showing startimes channels and no access (5). My subscription has not expired yet. I subscribed on the 7th of June 2018. ********-7.
