Question for Union Bank Nig Plc Tinubu square]

Am a lagos corp memeber and union bank was actually given to me as my bank where my allowance will be paid but up till now my colleagues have gotten theirs but i have not received mine. just don't know how to go about it that is why am contacting the financial institution for a solution.
