Review Withdrawal complaint

I made a withdrawal of ******** on the 9th of February and it wrote successful The next day which was on the 10th without being credited and I’ve laid down a complain via Patricia.com on two occasions now and I’ve gotten a response on this or a reversal please I beg I didn’t expect this from this company and that’s why I’m relaxed that things would be done soon
