Review Extremely Inept Organisation

I visited MET today and being disappointed is a very nice way of describing my experience!
After a lot of hassles trying to locate them in their Oba Akran office where i used their Services last,we decided to check them online for directions.

I saw Rebecca's comments,and i truly felt she was too hard on them because my family has been patronising MET since their Iwaya days and i can attest to their professionalism,precision and great Customer Service ... However,after my visitation however,i concluded that Rebecca was very very modest in her narrations....

They have 5:30p.m as their closing time on all their online platforms,we got there at about 4p.m
Reception was empty and 3 gentlemen were hanging out under the staircase,one of them instructed a younger one to call Funke from upstairs to attend to us! Looking around i found the gigantic building desolate without any action unlike the bubbly MET i knew!
I muttered to myself that this place is really looking dry,just before i could finish my thoughts,the one who went to call Funke came to announce to us that Funke said She couldn't attend to us and gave no reason! Surprised and totally disgusted,i insisted on knowing why she couldn't! Meanwhile i was looking at enrolling my nephew who has been told the wonders MET could perform and the poor boy looked on totally confused.
The eldest of the 3 men got up and went to plead with Funke,he returned with not too pleasant news of Funke being unable to attend to us cos she was busy....
I tried to put a call to Dr B.O Omotosho the M.D,but the call didn't pull through!
We left in disappointment but with a part of me giving God Praise for saving us from having to waste our hard earned money as obviously,nothing good can come out of the set up i saw today!

Guys please the glory has departed from MET and this definitely is a gap for any versatile one to key into while we pray that the conveners of MET will sit up and look into their business to revamp it for the old glory to return.

I honestly don't have any Star for them as they scored minus as far as my experience is concerned!
