Review Debited twice from my account.

As at 31/1/21. I make a transfer of #14,590 around 3:33pm and between the hour of 5:30pm another #14,590 was debited on me again. So i have to call one of the agent service personnel to explain the issues before me. I was ask to send the screenshot of the payment and the auto debit payment...all she could say to me is that, she have sent it to the refund department to pay me back my money. Up this this point, have make series of calls, sending serie of email and WhatsApp messages to no avail. Response where not coming fort at all. This is highly unprofessional to a height of your company standard.all am asking is my moneu so as not have any further issues to come in future. The early the better for your company to have a good records.
