Review NO CUSTOMER RELATIONS

Been doing business with Air Liquide Port Harcourt for over 12 years. Over the last year or two the level of Customer Service has dropped to below poor.
Emails go unanswered and you have to beg for a quotation or any reply with regard to collecting your cylinders.

Very sad and disappointing and I will soon have to make a decision to take our business to another service provider.
