Review Refund my money please

Please I've been trying to withdraw my money from the app,it didn't go through I used the web it got declined then was later refunded, I tried again after a while, it got declined but it hasn't been refunded back to my account for days now.
I'm on my knees begging please I can't afford to lose such amount at this time please refund my money and let me be able to withdraw I'm begging please I've been stranded since this stuff happened please and please I beg you i have a family to feed with that money please.
