Review SUPER UNRELIABLE

My predicament started with the booking of the airline from London in February 2020, the dates selected for departure was good but my return leg was changed without my knowledge as an additional 2mths was added to the ticket. I decided to manage the ticket that way and my flight to Lagos was good but it is a disaster right now with my departure from Lagos as I'm practically stranded here. Now, I have a ticket which was to see me get back to London today (19th of October 2020). This ticket has now been cancelled twice, the first date of departure was set for the 24th of October 2020 and now I got a new notification that a new date has been set for me for 27th of October 2020. To make matters worse, the airline call centre is trying to schedule me for a different date all together. At the end of the day, the call centre eventually hung up on me. The airline office in Lagos is just as useless as the airline as no one picks their calls there, no one to talk to for assistance right now. My initial plan was to connect with another carrier from London on the 27th of October to my base in Toronto and now I will definitely be missing that flight. My first experience with this airline and this will definitely be my last
