Review Awful customer service. WHAT!!!!

Blue Ridge please do you guys have a twitter handle. We need to call you out where more people can get to read and know how you have the worst customer service persons in the whole world. Where did you recruit them from....school of agberos? WHAT!!!! They are ruining the business....it has the potential to be bigger than it is...but i am afraid this present set of customer service persons would kill it.
