Review Complaint

There is a clear absence of direction and management in the hospital.This makes the place look abandoned, at best. The nurses are cold, uncaring and aloof! There is no feedback system and this makes improvement almost impossible. The only ray of hope there is the resident doctor who is highly professional and committed.
