Review Fraudulent deduction

Please, I'm writing to demand the immediate refund of your illegal deduction of #15,444 from my account on 12/08/2020 after I had made my loan repayment of same amount through your Zenith bank account, ******** and the proof sent to your agent and he acknowledged it. You people have refused to pick my calls, my WhatsApp messages and emails are not been responded to too even when the agent admitted that the auto debit was done in error and that it'll be refunded same day. I demand that my money be refunded without any more delay before I take any legal action against your dubious activities. To hell with your useless loan.
