Review Blocked account

Hello please am about to stake a game in my account when I was logged out and got a mail that my account has been blocked due to suspicious activities and that it's going to take 14 working days to rectify it......I am the one running my account and no suspicious activity happened in my account except it's only finding a way for me not to withdraw my winnings..... please I need my account to be opened as soon as possible
