Review If you don’t want to cry do not use Fedex for the shipping of your package!!!!!

I don’t understand what the relationship is between Fedex and redstar whatever. All I know is that they are a mess! This people are in cohorts with Customs to swindle people. As far as I’m concerned you pay exorbitant amount to have your Stuff shipped with no hassle but you face a whole lot!! A family member shipped a used phone they were using to me here in Nigeria and paid $150 for it to be delivered straight to me. The delivery of 2-5 days due to covid took forever. When I called they weren’t sure where my package was, then later called me and told me that customs was holding onto the package and I’m to pay import duty. I was told to pay almost 21,000 naira which is about $50 extra making it a total of $200 just to have an a product of 2kg delivered. 3 weeks later I haven’t received the product. Fedex cannot day they won’t explicitly detail when extra import duty has to be paid so that it can all be addressed except for us to go through real pains to get it done.

I’m so pained and really unhappy. God will punish you people for putting me through this and I advice anyone who wants to ship to use another shopping company because they are totally useless. You just pay a crazy amount of money to ship for nothing.
