Review Missing content

I have heard experience of people missing their languages with air maroc. I must say I was impressed using air maroc to USA(Boston).
This is my very first time with air maroc.
Coming back to Nigeria was a different experience.
After 14 hours layover in Morocco, got to Lagos to find all my languages were wrapped. I was so impressed. But I notice one of my bag the wrap was half way torn. I had to cut it off my self. I also noticed same bag was not as heavy n full as I have packed it but it never came to my mind some content might be missing because I was looking out for the rest of my languages.
I got home to discover a package of body soup(Irish spring) was missing. I dont know the airport that carried out this damage but its very discouraging. The soap doesn't mean much, because it could have been worse.
I write today because I really want to talk to an authority with this air line.i have tried every number online, no way.i want to know and ask questions. Very important to me. My ref No is Q5UXAJ. FLIGHT NO AT555. DATE 1/18/2020.
