I am going to run down this company to the ground
how would i be waiting for a bus from 5:30am till 10am and still no bus in view. No refund, nothing at all. If you people cannot handle transport services,please close down....

Run down a company you are not a sole operator, though I feel your pains for your displeasure but your words are wrong. I am a customer to them as well.
