Review Complain of dissatisfaction

I have been patronising your shop at airport road but my encounter today with the manager was a disaster, the attitude of the man is far below that of a gate man. He is rude and full of pride. He lack empathy and basic managerial knowledge. I was dissatisfied with a service and requested to see the manager for better explanation but to my dismay, his response was some thing I'm trying to comprehend.
This is just to express my dissatisfaction but the necessary action to seek redress will be communicated to the authority of Airen soon.
