Review Damage luggages

I travelled with this stupid airline company in june 2019 and my 2 luggaes were totally damaged and I dint even get on of it till 3 days I got to Nigeria ,i.put I. My claim and since then they have being playing games with me they dont want to be responsible for the damage upon that I paid for the insurance for my traveling , not only that after my pet was approved on this airline same day I was traveling on getting to the airport my pet got declined at the airport upon that I have all his paperwork up to date , I almost missed my flight and I paid soo much money to get my pet ready and meet up with all all the Irline requirements I have to pay stranger at the airport which is dog lover for 3 months inwas away to care for my pet cus I came.from NJ to NY to catch my flight I cant take him back home I went trhought hell up till now this stupid airline have being asking g me.diffrent documents for my luggages that were damaged and never refund me , and actually am on my way today to their office to lunch the complain again cus they never picked their phones 12 /9 /2019 this airline is not a friendly airline.and thier staffs are so o rude and nasty attitude and more soo they criticized animals they are not pet friendly
