Review Extortion, scam and not reliable

MTN NETWORK PROVIDER NOW EXTORT MONEY ME; I recently recharge my line about 2000 naira on the 2nd of November 2019 my bank was debited of this amount but my mtn line wasn’t credited I have spoken to their customer care to resolve this yet anytime I call and the respond that it will be handed to the technical department to handle it’s been closely 3 weeks I keep reaching out and yet nothing has been done they haven’t gotten back to me and I’m disappointed and frustrated at the same time would definitely not recommend this network to anyone
