Review Terrible! Terrible!! Terrible!!!

From experience, Safelink Airbus typically provide buses WITHOUT functioning air-conditioning. Complaints in this regard to the company are futile and at the same time their customer service is rude & appalling. The reasons / responses they have given on different occasions: “are you sure the a/c wasn’t working?? if it truly wasn’t working, then we’re sorry and it won’t happen again”???; and then most recently: “The a/c was working but the driver we assigned to you did not know how to turn it on”???
The height of disregard and non-chalance.
I strongly advise intending customers to seek other alternatives. You will be wise NOT patronize this company.
