Review Is this fraud?

I sent a package, from eBay usingfe FedEx. This item has arrived and am being asked by someone (who says she is an agent of FedEx that her company is Red Star Express) to pay over #35,500 as customs duty for a projector video bought over eBay for little above #83,000. While this is very exorbitant, why am I being contacted by someone not FedEx?

Why should I deal directly with those agent whence I should be paying the said amount in FedEx office on collection of my package?

I have tried to get you on phone. Is either my call is not being picked up or your mobile number displayed on net is not reachable.
