Review I bought 20 units of poultry automatic drinker and was supplied with insufficient hose pipe

It wasn't a good experience and was my first involvement with the company. I made this order and got the delivery without sufficient hose pipe. It's poultry automatic drinker. Purchasing 20 units of this cost me a fortune and ideally should be respected for such an order. I lodged my complaint even through one Avadhesh Kumar with telephone 0812 823 2233. This man isn't costomer centric at all. His manner of approach is disgusting and I wondered his position in the company. Automatic drinker is usually supplied with 3meter hose pipe and he supplied his with just a meter. I demand explanation for this and seek justice as well.
