Review Incompetence

They are very keen to collect your part payment upfront but after that, they never update you on the process or stages of your application process, it is difficcult to reach them as they stop picking your calls or replying your emails and the shocker is that when i decided to go to their office in person, I discovered that they had not done anything about my application; the funny lady blamed her staff for submitting an incomplete application for me and we all know that an incomplete application means no assessment for admission by the University applied to, now thats if there was any submission in the first place. Secondly, I was not told that I needed to provide an English test result, I was just learning about that at their office 3 months late already and that because I forced for information. I am so angry right now and will advice anyone using agents to avoid this agency. I met other people there with similar complaints. infact, one guy said he has been waiting on them for a whole year. Please avoid this agency at all cost, if you are working with a timeline.
