Review Bribery and corruption

I just got back into the country and my dad came to pick me up from Sam mbakwe airport and on our way back we were stopped by a police office named Gabriel Imanche who spoke to my father with no respect whatsoever because my dads insurance was expired , after all the insults he reigned on my father he then asked for money to let us go after keeping us for exactly 1 hour 33 minutes .. I need your officer Gabriel Imanche to call my father and apologise or else I will do everything in my power to make sure he looses his job and would never be able to work anywhere again . thank you
